Allison Henry is theOwner/Managing DirectoratCorporate One Business Management Solutions.After working in both the Public and Private Sector for over twenty years, she decided to enter into the field of Management Consulting to partner with clients in making their business efficient and profitable.

Allison has over fifteen years’ broad business experience in planning and human resources management. She also has over fifteen years’ experience as a trainer. Her experience has allowed her to have excellent knowledge of both the public and private.

She has been formally educated in the Human Resource discipline at theCipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management. She then completed her Bachelors of Arts Degree in General Business with the Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom.

To strengthen her professional competencies she attended several seminars and workshops in the field of Industrial Relations where she developed skills in Dispute Resolution, Principles and Practices of Good Industrial Relations and Landmark Court Judgments.

From her various HR positionsshe acquired expertise in Diversity Management, Staff Development, Grievance and Dispute Resolutions, Benefits Administration, Strategic Goal Planning, Policy and Procedure Development, Employee Relations, Professional Recruitment, Project Development, Supervision and Training.

UTT Facilitator – Allison conducts training programs on behalf of UTT in areas as identified.Allison is also a past lecturer at the School of Higher Education where she conducted courses in Human Resource Management for the Associate of Business Executives course and the Degree programme for Heriot Watt University based in the United Kingdom.
