Environmental Educator, Adventurer, and Blogger in Godfrey, Illinois
Hello there! I'm the Environmental Educator for the National Great Rivers Research and Education Center at the Lewis and Clark Community College. That's the long way of saying I get paid to get people excited about their freshwater resources. With a bachelor's degree in zoology and a stint of grad school in stream ecology, working with my local streams and rivers really suits me.
Beyond that, I'm a connoisseur of curiosity. I have a passion for nature fun facts, and that's where my blog comes in. Click that big blue button to follow along. You might just learn what some insects, Vulcans, and old pennies have in common.
