Award-winning vegan chef Allison Rivers Samson has been creating delectable gourmet desserts and chocolate confections since 1997 at her online bakery, Allison’s Gourmet. Her acclaimed magazine column, “Veganize It!” was twice chosen as a readers' favorite in the popular Veggie Awards poll.

Allison received her health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. She is a vibrant example of whole-food, plant-based eating and is the author of the colorful new e-book, Comfortably Yum. Through her workshops, culinary classes, and cooking demonstrations, she shares her wisdom about the importance of self-care and the delicious benefits of nourishing ourselves with the foods nature designed for our bodies. In addition to her burning passion for food, Allison rounds out her wellness programs as an enthusiastic Nia Black Belt instructor.
