Hi! I’m Allie Rogoff, pastry chef and lover of all things sweet, savory and healthy. My cooking and baking background began with a childhood passion for trying new recipes, a journey that began in my mom’s kitchen that would eventually lead me to study at Le Cordon Bleu school in Paris, France. I specialize in baking and I’m always trying new recipes that push my repertoire.

It’s my wish to share with you some of my favorite recipes, from appetizers and entrees to desserts. My goal is to teach others, through easy-to-follow steps, how to make dishes that are both simple and simply delicious. I’m vegetarian but I occasionally cook meat dishes for family and friends.
