I help people in organisations communicate more effectively with their customers through digital marketing channels.
With international experience of creating successful brands and campaigns, I now use my knowledge to help businesses unlock fresh potential presented by the social web and the latest digital innovations.
An award-winning speaker at international industry conferences and academic lectures, I've developed a finely-tuned understanding of marketing best practice and the creative journey needed to create brands that consumers learn they cannot live without.
In 2012 I founded Wild Orange Media, a strategic marketing consultancy that helps companies adapt to the challenges of our digital world. I specialise in the application of behavioural economics theory within social media marketing programmes and challenging the emerging moral issues affecting the marketing industry.
Previously I was Microsoft's Head of Digital Marketing Strategy, where I managed their multi-million pound search marketing programme and helped accelerate adoption of emerging digital channels including social networks and mobile platforms. I also worked in FMCG marketing with Kimberly-Clark, managing power brands including Kleenex, Andrex and Huggies.
