A true ​servant leader; choreographer, motivator, and the author of I Choose to Dance, which can be purchased on Amazon and iTunes.

Maximillion has facilitated Creative Movement workshops for individuals and organizations such as Craig Academy, Holy Family Institute, and Hosanna House. Where she led teams which facilitated dance, drama and acro technique for over 400 campers, ending in two of her original written works; Full Bloom and I-M Possible.

She has performed at the August Wilson Center, PNC Park’s Gospel-Fest, and as a premiere dancer and company leader for the Pittsburgh 250 Celebration at Heinz Hall. In addition, Maximillion has served locally as a Dance Coach for Robert Morris University for its 2008-2009 Basketball season.

In 2007, ​Maximillion formed All Nations Dance (A.N.D): An International Worship Arts Network. Via A.N.D Maximillion travels internationally teaching choreography, and ministering in dance, and in the Word. Prior to her formation of All Nations Dance, the life-time learner and former National Speech and Debate Champion (Phi Ro Pi), used her background in public speaking as an Education Specialist for Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh. As an Education Specialist she facilitated Dating and Domestic Violence Prevention Presentations, and psycho-educational groups in Pittsburgh Public High Schools. Also, facilitating Domestic Violence awareness training for both private and community groups. And, served as an active member of the F.B.I Adopt. A.School Advisory Board for over 5 year.

Maximillion is a member of the Nu Delta Alpha Honor Society, the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School's TEACH Advisory Group.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Trinity School for Ministry.
