Digital Performance Optimization Specialist

Responsible for shaping strategy, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improved performance and driving new business growth through an extensive offering of digital marketing services such as digital advertising on and affiliate sites such as, search engine marketing (SEO and PPC), website development, email marketing and social media. Serve as liaison between Tennessean sales team and digital agency, Gannett Local, defining the scope of the project, providing all necessary strategic, creative and tactical input required to begin campaign, managing the timeliness of deliverables and setting proper expectations throughout the project, and performing quality assurance on all deliverables to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with account managers, fulfillment coordinators, multimedia reps and digital specialists to oversee digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution, reporting and ongoing optimization. Regularly perform campaign optimization tasks such as designing new creative, recommending new media placements or products for better performance, developing comprehensive digital audits and participating in creative brainstorm sessions.
