ALMA ELITE is a transformational ecosystem founded by Alfonso Gutiérrez Manzanos and Olga Pelcová, created around Integrated Conscious Leadership® (ICL) and the inner architecture of the person.

Olga Pelcová, Chief Visionary Officer and Co-Founder of ALMA ELITE, brings the strategic architecture through which ALMA ELITE becomes clear, recognizable, and fully coherent across language, identity, perception, presence, and experience.

Together, they shape a body of work in which structure, vision, language, perception, and experience align to reveal a deeper way of leading, deciding, and acting.
