Ms. Aloha Salamida is a former Human Resource Development (HRD) and Communication Clerk of Center for Pop Music Philippines, Incorporated at the Head Office, Cubao, Quezon City from April 12, 2004 until November 16, 2008. She also became the Payroll Clerk and Executive Assistant Secretary of the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) who also owns the said company. Her responsibilities includes but not limited to the following; observes timekeeping, monitors petty cash replenishment, facilitates interview and examination of selected applicants, visits and attends school, and commercial jobs fair; and coordinates in-house seminars, team buildings and other HRD Activities.
After four years and seven months stay in that company her career as an assistant to the HRD Manager, Ms. Salamida discerned it was time for a change of work environment and decided to resign last November 16, 2008. It was the same year when her mother died of heart disease. It was indeed a liberating decision. After resignation she tried to make herself busy that is why she looked for a vocational school that offers free training on Hotel Management. Under the Vocational Department of Quezon City Municipal where her residency belongs she gained free training on Hotel and Restaurant Service and also gained an award for Excellency in January 2009.
In December 16, 2009 she moved to Filinvest Alabang, Muntilupa City a high-end place located in southern part of Metro Manila where she was offered tenure and work with Bridgestone Tire Center and became a pioneer employee as Receptionist and Accounting Representative until November 10, 2012. Before resigning in that company she was able to decrease the interest rate posted on credit cards payment or through POS (Point of Sales) by the affiliated bank of that office from 3.0 percent down to 2.45 percent rate. For this event now the company enjoys lower interest rate given by Banco de Oro and Unibank.
Prior to joining the Bridgestone Tire Center, Ms. Salamida worked in advertising operations, marketing sales at several companies, including Nestle Philippines, Sto. Tomas University, Cinderella Marketing Corp., and DHL WorldWide Express. Along the side she is engage with KKK (Kabataan ng Kristong naka-pako sa Krus) a youth organization in their community. Outside of professionals interest she travels and been in Singapore and Malaysia twice. She currently resides in P
