• Several years of experience with a strong background in Software Development using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Good domain knowledge in e-Commerce & IT-Management.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, documenting functional & technical specifications, modeling workflow and creating Knowledge Artifacts.
• Experience across several stages of the Software Development Lifecycle involving requirements elicitation, authoring user stories, reviewing test cases, conducting business and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Closely working with business teams to understand business issues and data challenges.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and 3rd parties (on multiple levels). Issuing reports to Management.
• Performing root cause & statistical analysis. Baselining the current process -showing “as is” process and future state.
• Providing training, product support and act as SME on specific projects.
• Narrowing project scope and distinguishing user requests from a real need.
