Alok Kumar is an IT industry veteran with twenty years of experience in setting IT companies and running them profitably. Alok has been in very senior IT management positions in Fortune 500 companies and has won several national and international awards.

By the virtue of his role in Sears as Managing Director, he have been working as an entrepreneur,giving strategic vision to the organization. His focus has been to ensure statutory, tax and legal compliance for India entity and alignment in terms of overall management direction of Sears. Having started the company in India from scratch, he
has immense exposure on finance, tax, legal, statutory compliance, corporate communications and HR at very grass-root levels. This helped him shape up the company better than otherwise possible.
