Alon Rozen

Alon is a marketing and strategy consultant, business modeler, corporate trainer, professor and manager.

Key interests include the business of education, innovation, business modeling, the wine business, and start-up coaching activities.

Consulting activities have typically addressed B2B clients - IT, Telecom, Real Estate development, wine marketing and distribution - as well as B2C clients - notably wine, luxury, consumer goods and education. Like most consultants the range of activities is wide but has often covered areas including strategic orientation/planning/audits, market planning, business plan development, investment filtering, due diligence as well as business modeling using proprietary models and frameworks.

Executive training covers topics including advanced presentation skills, creativity sessions, strategy, key account and global account management (KAM, GAM), actionable SWOT analyses, business communications, business planning and strategic marketing.

Teaching areas notably include business plan development, business modeling, innovation, marketing, finance, business communications and strategy with classes/seminars taught around the world - Europe, Middle East and Asia. Masterclasses include sessions on social media, the art of the pitch, business models, et al.

Management responsibilities have included several start-ups, Managing Director positions in small companies/agencies, and as the Managing Director / Executive Dean at the Ecole des Ponts Business School in Paris, France.

Alon is also involved in business incubators/accelerators and is actively mentoring several start-ups in France, the USA and Israel.
