Put simply, I consider myself an architect of change. For even in changing it matters in the 'why', 'what' and 'how' of change as the actual change. Cliched as it may sound, change is the only constant in this world of ours. I'm a management consultant with a diverse skill set in Organization Change Management (OCM) and Communications. My chief areas of expertise include Readiness Assessments, Stakeholder Alignment, Operating Model Design, Impact Assessments, Performance Management and Change Evangelism.
I'm a proponent of Drucker's managerial effectiveness methods and have strong affiliations to his school of thought on 'doing the right things' as opposed to doing things right.
In summary, I've adapted this famous traveller's adage to capture the core of my idealogy - 'Change is not so much about the destination as it about HOW you get there'
