Al Sneineh

Al Sneineh is an insurance agency owner, operator, and founder based in Chicago. He is the president of Insured ASAP Insurance and the founder of AgencyAIQ, a commercial insurance technology platform built to improve how agencies, wholesalers, and MGAs collect information and prepare complex submissions.

His work is rooted in the daily reality of the insurance business. Quoting difficult accounts, solving underwriting problems, building teams, serving clients, and creating better systems for work that has traditionally depended on emails, forms, spreadsheets, and repeated follow up.

Al focuses on commercial insurance, agency growth, insurance technology, and the operational side of building a serious business. He created AgencyAIQ after years of seeing how much time the industry loses before a risk ever reaches an underwriter.

He is not interested in appearing busy. He is interested in building companies, fixing broken processes, and creating work that matters.
