Altadena Revive
Non-Profit in Altadena,
After being an evacuee from the Eaton Fires for several weeks, my best friend, Life Coach Carla Sanchez from Miami, sent me a generous gift card for two massages, hoping to help me "let go of the stress from the fires." I had shared with her how overwhelmed and sleep-deprived I was, and how my shoulders were tragically knotted. That first massage was the first time since the fires began that I felt "human" amidst the chaos—like a person, not just an evacuee. Those 60 minutes allowed me to feel pampered, loved, and embraced in a way I had forgotten was possible... and I cried with joy for half of my session. This act of generosity and kindness reminded me that everyone who suffered the loss of their home or experienced smoke damage during the fires likely had the same deep need to feel cared for. This is an invitation to donate time, money, or services to help the victims of the Eaton Fires in Altadena feel renewed—even if only for a few magical moments. I pledge that EVERY SINGLE DONATION will go directly toward pampering evacuees, offering them a brief escape from their struggles. Because everyone in Altadena deserves to REVIVE.
