Alvin Nelson is an accomplished, seasoned Human Resource Manager with a passion to lead, inspire, and develop others.

Alvin Nelson manages and builds strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark. He is a Managing General Partner of C&N Sports Group and holds certification with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).
