I am a strategic marketing leader and published author on board-level marketing, with 20 years of experience transforming brands, strengthening reputations, and driving commercial outcomes across Asia and globally.

I currently serve as Chief Marketing Officer at Kinderland International Education (under Crestar Education Group), overseeing a portfolio of respected early childhood brands including Kinderland, NurtureStars, and ELFA.

I am an MBA from IE Business School and Singapore Management University, and my career spans the Education, MICE, Biomedical, Sports and Government sectors, I am a firm believer that marketing is a business-growth driver, and not a support function; and I build marketing teams that reflect this philosophy through strategic clarity, commercial focus, and operational discipline.

I specialise in brand transformation, reputation management, and multi-brand, multi-market leadership, having led teams and initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, China and Europe. With deep cross-cultural experience, I bring a global perspective to scaling brands, navigating complexity, and strengthening organisational trust.

Beyond my executive role, I continue to contribute to the profession as a marketing thought leader, speaker, and former MBA faculty, with a passion for advancing the discipline and shaping the next generation of marketing leaders.
