Alycia Brudner

Since the summer of 2015, Alycia Brudner has served as a health and nutrition teacher at Milford High School in Milford, Massachusetts. Drawing on her diverse knowledge of teaching methods, including multimedia projects and activity stations, Alycia Brudner uses her expertise to differentiate lessons for a diverse student body.

Ms. Brudner is the former coordinator of the MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey, which involved the participation of students, teachers, and parents from the community. Similarly, as part of the "Watch Your Mouth" partnership between the Milford School District and nearby Blackstone Valley High School, Ms. Brudner participated in the development and implementation of the oral health education program.

In addition, Ms. Brudner shares her broad experience base as a mentor to undergraduate and graduate students in wellness education. She also serves as an advisor to several campus groups, such as Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), and has contributed to the implementation of positive behavior intervention in the Milford schools.
