Alyssa Morrison
Student, Editor, and Social Media Manager in Maryland
My name is Alyssa Morrison. I am originally from Maryland, but I currently study Sport Media at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
I have had a passion for content creation and digital marketing for as long as I can remember. Whether it be sports or commercial, telling stories and preserving memories are my ultimate goal. I hope to accomplish that through photography, graphic design, video editing and more.
Aside from school and work, I am on my university's competitive cheerleading team! I've been cheering since I was 10 years old. The main skill that I have transferred from the sport to my professional career is performing under pressure. Along with that, I am able to communicate with many personalities and work within a team very well.
Another part of my life includes home decor. Although it is a side hobby, I am able to create sets and art in unique ways. My goal through this passion is to express my emotions through living spaces.
As a whole, I’d describe myself as a well-rounded creative. My goals are constantly changing with my interests, but as of right now and always, I strive to tell compelling stories through different mediums.
