Alyssa Stephany MD, MS, SFHM, PCC (ICF)

I’m a physician, executive coach, and founder of A.I.M. Coach Consult, where I help healthcare leaders, professionals, and teams navigate complex challenges, unlock their potential, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

With 25 years of medical experience, including 15 years as a hospitalist, I bring a perspective shaped by both frontline clinical practice and executive leadership. My experience spans academic medicine, private healthcare, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, inpatient and outpatient care, research, operations, quality and safety, workforce planning, team engagement, and organizational innovation.

Throughout my career, I have served in leadership roles including Chief of Pediatric Hospital Medicine and Director of Physician Provider Operational Support/Leadership Center for Physicians. I have also led health-system-wide initiatives involving quality improvement, patient experience, DEI, physician leadership development, operational innovation, workforce planning, and team restoration.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I believe coaching is not about giving people all the answers. It is about creating the time and space for people to discover their own authentic insights, clarify what matters most, and determine what success looks like for them.
