Alyssia Varricchio

My name is Alyssia Varricchio and I am 19 years old. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Journalism (Sport) at La Trobe University, striving for a career in the media industry.

My blog “Emerging Athletes, Emerging Fans” aims to showcase the talent of young up and coming sports stars. I will include interviews with athletes as well as my own personal stories and experiences as a mad sports fan.

I particularly love the tennis, and I love attending the Australian Open each year. I am also a very passionate Carlton supporter.
