At the age of 18, I left my home land Nepal to begin my further studies abroad. I joined Jacobs University in Bremen, Germany in 2011 to study Logistics Engineering. Now I am on my final semester of my Bachelors degree, hoping to graduate in June, 2014.

My studies has always been equipped with industrial application of skills I gained during my lecture sessions.

In June 2012, I joined BIBA GmbH (Bremer Institüt für Produktion und Logistik) as a Research Scientist on a European Project called ELLIOT. For three months, I worked on implementing Internet of Things technology in Logistics applications.

From June 2013, I joined Deutsche Lufthansa AG (Lufthansa Group) in Frankfurt as a Process Consultant Intern within Lufthansa Cargo. For six months, I worked in the Global Handling Team for system rollout, implementation planning and training planning of new IT system for over 100 stations around the world.

From January 2014, I am currently working as Modeling and Simulation Analyst at ArcelorMittal Group in Bremen.

Besides academic and industrial focus, I am also equally motivated in new venture creation and entrepreneurship. I along with my friends founded an Online Education Help Desk (www.alevelhelp.com) which targetted GCE A level students around South Asia to help them prepare for the examination and lectures. I used to give academic and leadership trainings to high school youths in Nepal.

in 2013 March, I was selected in the Regional Final of HULT PRIZE (Worlds Largest Social Entrepreneurship Challenge) in London. Along with my team, I presented our Business Idea of an Animal Bank Initiative. We were announced as the Best 10 Ideas in Europe for Solving World Food Crisis in Slums. Later the idea also won JacoBus Challenge 2013 in Bremen.

I am a passionate dancer and choreographer. I perform annually on several cultural events inside Germany (e.g. Bremen, Hamburg, Frankfurt).

In my free time, I do freelancing web desiging for companies. One ofthe websites I developed for an South Asian Restaurant in London is (www.thehimalayanspice.co.uk)

I love meeting people, learning new cultures and thinking about business ideas.
