I am a Lawrence, Kansas native currently working as a Program Lead of Global Social Strategy for ITFO Communications, Inc. My husband and I live in East Lawrence.

I have been running meetings, volunteering with numerous charity organizations, planning large events, and public speaking since I was 11 years old. I love doing work that benefits the community around me and have a very deep love of Lawrence.

I am a reformed Kansas City commuter. I worked for two different companies in the fields of financial services and airport consulting in Kansas City prior to transitioning into project management and communications at one of the University of Kansas Research Centers. I not hold a fully-remote role at ITFO leading global social strategy initiatives.

I have been actively involved in and held leadership positions in community and civic organizations:

  • Past Event Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of Douglas County
  • Board President (2020) and 6-year Board Member of Just Food, the local Douglas County, Kansas food bank
  • Vice President (2022) of Lawrence Lions Alumni Association
  • Lawrence Preservation Alliance Board Member
  • Social Media Club of Lawrence Board Member
  • Lawrence & Jefferson County Habitat for Humanity Women Build Gala and Holiday Homes Tour Planning Committees

I hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and eMarketing from Franklin University and a Master's degree in Digital Content Strategy from the University of Kansas, William Allen White School of Journalism.
