My name is Amanda Sundberg and I am a graduate and proud alumnus of the University of South Carolina. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from USC in 2009 and my Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from USC in 2013. I worked as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Carolina Springs Elementary School for two years prior to pursuing my Master's Degree. I have been working as a Speech Language Pathologist at Pelion Elementary School in Lexington School District One since August 2013. I currently provide speech therapy services to students in 5K through 2nd Grade and work with the 3rd through 5th Grade self-contained class. In addition to my position at PES, I work part-time for a home health company, Sprout Pediatrics, LLC providing in-home speech, language, and feeding therapy to children ranging from 6 months old to 6 years old with a variety of special needs.
I have lived in Lexington, SC for the past 5 years (since graduating from USC in 2009). I enjoy being active in my free time. Some of my favorite hobbies include: hiking, playing tennis, traveling, cycling, watching movies, attending concerts, shopping, Gamecock athletics, baking, and reading.
