Amanda Weidner is a senior consultant in Capgemini’s HR Transformation and Change Management practice. She has worked with a number in a wide range of sectors including life sciences, telecommunications and retail. Amanda has deep project experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and HR Transformation. Within OCM, she has a proven track record of partnering with clients to design and implement a Communications strategy that tactically advises organizations through large transformational change. Her experience includes Change Management Communications, Transformation Vision Mapping, Client workshops, Leadership Alignment and Change Readiness Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis Surveys, as well as Operating Models, Organizational design, and Job Roles and Responsibilities.
Additionally, Amanda is versed in Crisis Communications, Event Planning, and Media Relations through her previous work in non-profit organizations and public affairs. Amanda attained a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated Cum Laude with Departmental Distinction. Amanda has internationally been educated from institutions in Granada and Barcelona and can read / write / speak proficient Spanish.
