Leaving a good first impression is what makes the Hospitality industry. Since I was about sixteen I have been working in the customer-service field leaving my caring and hardworking mark with all those I have come in contact with. Nothing is more rewarding than getting that five star rating or just a simple "thank you, I really appreciate your help" I hope to be very successful in my career and I want to make an impact in the Hospitality field with the valuable knowledge and skills I have gained through my studies and internships. Aside from the work aspect I enjoy staying active in athletics, cooking, and of course catching up on my favorite TV series on Netflix.
