The marketplace is the catalyst for change in our world. If businesses want to change the world each of their employees must dare to be different and believe their contribution can impact the lives of millions. I want to spark innovation that improves our world and helps the people living in it. I aspire to glorify God in every aspect of my life by being someone that reflects His love, diligence, and wisdom. I do this practically by being a leader who prioritizes the team over myself. As a student I saw this diligence manifest in 7 consecutive semesters on the Dean’s List and through the good stewardship of my time as I balanced two jobs alongside a full college course load. My faith teaches me that everyday people devoted to a cause can become world-changers. By reflecting on these unconventional traits in a world that overlooks them, I hope to stand out. I plan to utilize these skills at a company after graduation that is excited about the reality of making a big change in our world through small people.
