A former showgirl turned air stewardess (via numerous other not nearly so exciting jobs!) I now run my own celebration cake business from my studio at Lathe Barn in Burmarsh, Kent.

As well as producing unique cakes to order I also teach cake decorating workshops and host kids parties.

A keen fundraiser I have also enjoyed organising many large events for Macmillan and Pilgrims Hospice.

My motto for life: In your last moments on earth they say your life flashes before your eyes.....so make it something worth watching!!
