I'm a health psychologist with 15 years' experience researching processes of resilience development. I gained my PhD investigating a cohort of humanitarian aid workers in a longitudinal study exploring their clinical and occupational outcomes pre- and post-field deployment. Previous to that I worked as a health psychologist in Spain and Italy and as a research assistant in the United States, collaborating to a longitudinal study in which a large group of high-risk individuals was followed-up into adulthood. I'm currently active as an international consultant for companies and academic organisations on the topic of stress management and resilience development.
