Amanda Lang

Hello, I’m Amanda. I’m a Health and Physical Education teacher and department head at Westminster Secondary School in London, Ontario, Canada. I am a fan of reading, volunteering, and sports. I’m also interested in fitness, food...and wine tasting :-) I coach basketball and am a die hard Duke Blue Devils fan. I love spending time being active outdoors and hanging out with family and friends at the cottage. Most importantly I am the proud mother of my 5-year-old daughter and three-year-old son.
