How do you define Health?
I teach busy women how to feel less stressed, more relaxed and empowered; through a fun combination of massage, yoga therapy and meditation. I believe that in each of us there is a healer, and all we need is a little encouragement to explore.
I’ve burnt out, trying to be and do too much, pulled in a million directions, spreading myself too thin. I want to share what I’ve learned and help others thrive by inspiring their curiosity and providing tools to support their adventure inward.
My delegations are Ayurvedic Marma-Therapist (marma are gate way for the mind, body and spirit) trained in Tongue and Pulse diagnosis, Thai Therapist and Massage Practitioner including Cupping and Scraping, Table Thai, Pregnancy, Plant spirit medicine. Yoga Instructor (200hrs) and Yoga Therapist (IYTA), Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Quantum touch, and I’m sure there are a few more I’m forgetting.
I’m curious to a fault, which is an adventure in itself, and means I’ve learned some crazy things, and taken many courses. What I’m trying to say, is that I consider myself an avid student of life. I’m passionate about wellness and spend much of my free time geeking out, experimenting and exploring anything related to mind, body, and spiritual wellness. In terms of “traditional” schooling I’ve most recently completed a Diploma in Easter Therapies and Body Work at Pacific Rim College in Victoria BC.
I’m Passionate about exploring what’s holding clients back, their journey to happiness and health.
