Loves: sweet tea, queso, sushi, tortilla chips and hot sauce, anything made with avocado, grammy’s fried tacos, horses, dogs, chevy trucks, my jeep, my beautiful vanity, my family, my best friend Lauren and my niece (her daughter) miss Ella Rae, tan skin, the beach, the snow, Fort Worth, Dallas (but not as much as Fort Worth), my high school english teacher, fried rice, msio soup, Texas A&M University (WHOOP), my close friends who are never too far away, wedges, boots and spurs, jeans that are too big, giant comfort colors t-shirts, white teeth, freckles, classic novels, other good books, healthy skin, drinking through a straw, smooth legs, long hair, the way that little kid’s noses crinkle up when they smile, cute swimsuits, funny people, crawfish, quality make up, football, Friday Night Lights, Grey’s Anatomy, New Girl, Gossip Girl, going on walks, bonfires, sonic ice, roasted marshmallows, the smell of saltwater, the south, the confidence I have when I am wearing high heels, my sisters and last but definitely not least, Kappa Delta sorority.

Dis-loves: cats, sweet potatoes, most cows, snakes, spiders, rodents, wet clothes, mean people, gossipy people, unhappy people, being cold, being sweaty, cardio, girls who lack confidence, boys who take advantage of girls who lack confidence, backing out of plans, raw oysters, cups that allow easy spillage, excessive PDA, arguing, itchy clothes, itchy tags on clothes, shoes that rub blisters, poor customer service, kids who disrespect their parents, sandy towels, wet gloves, being sick and pictures that hang crooked on walls.

I was raised in a barn in Fort Worth, Texas where my dad and grandpa train cutting horses with one real sibling and lots of friends who seemed more like siblings. I currently attend Texas A&M University where I have been involved in Fish Camp and Greek Life. I am an advocate for southern manners and love girly things as much as I love tomboy things. My style ranges from classic to country, which you will probably recognize on the blog. I love Texas A&M with all my heart and will argue to the death about the quality of my school. There are three seasons a year: Football season, Bowl season and Off season. Fort Worth is quite possibly the greatest city in the world, but I hope you enjoy reading about the other great cities I visit, as well. Family will always be the most important thing to me, as well as loyalty to good friends. Writing has always been my outlet
