I have over 10 years of experience in recruitment, both agency and corporate in-house.

I have broad experience from headhunting passive talent in hard in to fill roles and executive recruitment to high-level client and stakeholder management in a global Fortune 500 technology company with over $1b in revenues.

My skillset includes partnering with the business, requirements and market analysis, through proactive pipeline creation and candidate closure. I also have experience with training, coaching and mentoring hiring managers on talent acquisition and hiring procedures, and a solid understanding of compliance and HR policy.

I’m highly energetic, motivated and professional and can provide excellent references. I’m relatively new to Colorado as I recently relocated from Utah.
