Greetings!

My name is Amanda and I'm a 23 year old teacher student from the south of Sweden. I live by myself in the city of Trelleborg, but my family consists of mum, dad and a older sister. We also have two horses and a cat in the family. In my spare time I spend too much time in the stable, hanging out with friends and drinking wine.

Ive studied to become a middle school teacher for almost two years now at Malmö University and I enjoy it lots! When I don't study I work as a flight attendant mostly flying domestic flights in Sweden.

I decided to become a teacher after I've worked as a substitute teacher for almost two years. I teached swedish and maths in a year 5 and loved every day I got to work!

My expectations of the virtual exchange is that its going to be very exciting and I'm hoping to learn a lot about how different teachers work globally.

A social issue I believe concern me is students with different diagnoses getting the help that they need and deserve. Nevertheless teachers getting the support needed to handle these students without deprioritizing other students. If these students does not get the support they need this will effect their education negatively.
