Amanda Uhrhammer

I am a reluctant attorney (passionate about the law, less passionate about the practice), and an enthusiastic single mother. I live in California and spend every moment I can with my daughter before she flies the coop for good.

I have been a civil litigator for 15 years, representing clients in areas of employment law, insurance defense, ERISA, appeals, and many other areas.

After attending several universities in the UC system, and spending a year in France, I finally landed at UC Davis where I obtained my degree in French (useful only to visit my sister who generously settled in France so I could justify the choice to my parents.) I obtained my J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.

In what spare time I have, I adore travel (in case you did not catch that), my chocolate lab, skiing, hiking, and like any good Californian, wine.
