Aspiring Advocate & Legal Advisor

I am currently interning at the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court and SK Law Firm. While I am still pursuing my degree, I also work as a legal advisor, assisting people in a wide range of legal matters. These include:-

• Civil and Criminal cases,
• Matrimonial Disputes,
• Property Issues,
• Arbitration
• RTI applications
• loan recovery and Settlement, drafting of agreements
• Sale Deeds
• Lease Agreements
• Ownership Transfers
• Bail Matters.

I also handle power of attorney, will writing, marriage and special marriage registrations, affidavits, notary work, motor accident claims, land mutation and conversion cases, consumer disputes, income tax and GST issues, labour and industrial disputes, and cheque bounce cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act. I am involved in matters across all levels—district courts, High Courts, and even the Supreme Court. I strongly believe that legal help should not be limited to the rich but must reach every individual who needs justice, and I am committed to doing my part to make that belief a reality.
