I have a 20-year career in both commercial leadership and product strategy, focused on scaling tech businesses. My approach is straightforward: I know you can only sell what you truly understand, and only build what you know how to sell.
This approach allowed me to scale a business unit from $108K to $11.7M in five years at 47 Degrees, not just by selling, but by pioneering new service offerings based on deep market discovery and testing. It's how I led the end-to-end commercialisation of Cognifide's Zen Garden for Sitecore, taking it from an in-house concept to a sale of IP to Sitecore, becoming a core component of the Sitecore XM Cloud platform.
At Xebia, I applied this same lens to managing an $8.7M P&L. In a turbulent market, my focus on restructuring contracts around high-margin, high-value services drove profitability and secured 100% retention of our most strategic accounts, including Disney, Sky, and GSK.
I build go-to-market strategies and scalable sales processes. I'm able to own the commercial narrative from the first pitch to the M&A exit. My background is in Computer Science and I have an MBA, but my expertise comes from 20 years of hands-on experience creating revenue from technology.
Outside of work, I'm thankful for the love and well-being of family, for staying fit and healthy, and to be able to ride my gravel bike in the hills around Madrid, as well as some inline skating from time to time!
