His professional journey has taken him across the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, enriching his understanding of diverse markets.

In 2010, Amardeep co-founded Prakritii, a pioneering initiative focused on community-owned micro-enterprises producing eco-friendly dinnerware. The venture has made a significant environmental impact by replacing 100 million units of plastic and polystyrene disposables and reducing more than 5,000 tons of CO2 equivalent emissions. Prakritii not only caters to a global audience with sustainable alternatives but also fosters livelihoods for rural women and youth, reflecting Amardeep’s commitment to social responsibility.
