I have known I wanted to be a writer since I was four years old, but it took me until I was in my mid-20s to acknowledge I wanted to write, and then let's say another couple of years to realise what I really, really, wanted to do was write for the child inside of me. Not the adult who will say W. Somerset Maugham's "The Razor's Edge" is her favourite book, but the little girl who has re-read The Chronicles of Narnia every year since she was 7 and watches cartoons every Saturday and Sunday morning.

So I packed up my life and moved to a cottage in a fairytale forest about an hour away from Paris, France and started bringing the world I've been imagining since I was four to life.
