Amber Andani

Hello, My name is Amber Andani. I am from Lawrenceville Georgia and a first year student at UGA. I LOVE all things to do with animals and enjoy volunteering and crafting in my free time. Growing up, I had 6 bird: Kingball, Jamie Newtron, Julie, Bobo, Snowflake, and Sunshine. I’m also interested in baking and exploring various new and aesthetic cafes with my older sister and friends.

An important fact about me is that I love to travel! I mainly travel with my older sister, Anna. My sister and I are first generation students and have always had each others backs, supporting and uplifting one another throughout life. Traveling is my way of connecting with nature and appreciating the beauty of our diverse world. No matter the time or place, every one and every place has its own story. Im fascinated by all of the faces I come across and the bittersweet historical facts from different places I visit but Its intriguing to know that hundreds of years ago, life of where I was standing in the moment had been completely different. I remember visiting castles in my trip to Puerto Rico for the first time and seeing the open window cuts in the walls where the navy stayed as their cover during times of conflict and thinking of life back in time, even though we only got to see a small glimpse of it. I've always been the type of person to dig deep into unique facts or information that I come to find. I also really enjoy scenic views and places full of water to calm my mind and soul!

Continuing my journey in college, I hope to pursue a degree in chemistry to become a international cosmetic scientist and work in different lab settings to enhance makeup and skincare formulas around the world. My passion and ambition to succeed both stem from my sisters ongoing encouragement for me to follow my dreams and make a positive difference in the world without a doubt. ❤️
