I am a bartender at South County Brewing Company and The Rail Bar at Franklin Street Social, a private chef and catering assistant, a cook at Franchesca's Pizza, and writer living in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. My interests range from craft beer to travel. I am also interested in photography and handcrafts.
