As a teacher, I believe in creating a healthy, stimulating, positive and consistent environment for all children to grow and develop. Each child brings something unique to the classroom and I strive to balance a child's individual needs with the collective learning needs of the class when preparing, planning, and delivering instruction.

My classrooms are engaging in look, feel, and attitude. I integrate multiple teaching styles including visual, tactial, and auditory mterials. This may include using manipulatives as well as physical activities to enhance the ability to learn and absorb information.

When I am not in the classroom or preparing to teach my students, I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending quality time with my family.
