I'm a creative strategist committed to equitable social impact via local government and community-based organizations.

I can balance major projects — like the rapid design and disbursement of $21 million COVID-19 grant programs — with the important day-to-day tasks of monitoring performance metrics and making responsive adjustments.

As a Senior Management Analyst with Loudoun County Government, I advise and assist departments with financial management, policy development, and evaluation to improve the effectiveness of County programs.

I’m also Troop Leader for a creative, committed group of Girl Scout Brownies. Their achievements each week remind me that we have the power to make the world a better place (while still making time to enjoy cookies!).

I previously served as Vice Chair of the Board for the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls, leading data collection and outreach for the annual "Voices of Loudoun Women" community assessment series and providing strategic programming support that contributed to the 2023 Nonprofit Organization of the Year Award from the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
