Born and raised in Camden, New Jersey, Victor Boyd moved south when he was 15 years old to Winter Park, Florida. Growing up he was always intrigued by the inner workings of a business and what it took to make that business successful. Watching his grandfather run a successful catering business and his grandmother operate a successful accessory and garment business he knew that he was destined to become an entrepreneur. At the age of 13 he started the first of his own ventures by operating an auto detailing business and a snow removal service. His love for music was instilled by his mother whom taught him to love all genres of music to be able to really appreciate music as an art form. His musical influences range from Bach and Beethoven to Ice Cube and Jay-Z. Victor attended Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, Florida where he graduated with a degree in Marketing. While attending college he began work as an intern with Alix Desulme & Associates, Inc. A Marketing and Public Relations firm in North Miami. Equipped with a strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge he quickly moved up to sit on the board of directors for the firm working alongside the President and Vice-President of the company. Some of the clients that he's worked and developed campaigns for include Soge Express (one of Haiti's major financial institutions), Western Union and Seagram's just to name a few. He also worked on political campaigns for such political figures as Senator Frederica S. Wilson(D) and Congressman Kendrick Meek(D) of South Florida . Under the direction of his mentor, Anthony Parker, he is currently the President of GDC Enterprises based in North Port, Florida. Victor took his love and passion for music and merged it with his business savvy and knowledge of marketing and branding. His determination, strong work ethic and loyalty to each project he works on will ensure that his name will be heard for years to come.
