Smoothing out the kinks with the most challenging of clients is what I do best and making steady progress on “we’ve never done that before” initiatives while working diligently on achieving collaborative outcomes is my passion. I jump in, roll up my sleeves, and get to work. I’ve been labeled the “executor” and the “get it done” person. I never lose sight of the operational side of things either – it’s so important to appreciate how all of the different areas fit together to achieve the overall organizational objectives.
I’m especially drawn to talent management – without good people, the business cannot thrive. Making sure we hire the right people, onboard them properly and then give them the correct tools to succeed will encourage a positive culture and ultimately increase tenure.
