I’m no stranger to bootstrapping and building new ideas from the ground up. Even as an 18-year-old studying economics at university, I found a way to apply my classroom knowledge to the real world by producing large-scale concerts with over 4000 attendees on our campus.

After finishing my undergrad ahead of schedule, I dove into the workforce at the age of 20. While most of my peers still had their heads in their books, I was negotiating contracts for over 35 clients and spearheading million dollar tour planning for international musical acts. I grew artists from 300 capacity clubs to 15,000+ capacity arenas.

After only two years, I was recruited to join the management team for Grammy award-winning clients. As a manager I was responsible for building up both the management firm and the business of each of our artists. I oversaw talent acquisition and led a 50-person team to bring 30 new products to market, taking each one to new territories and building the artist’s brand.

While the music business was invigorating and gave me an opportunity to be entrepreneurial, I knew there were limits to my growth within the industry. I applied to

the Oxford MBA programme to bridge a career transition. I specialised in finance and competed in venture capital competitions to compliment and further develop my skills in discovering and growing talent.

I’ve recently settled in Berlin to join the burgeoning start-up scene. I like developing new projects, I am incredibly adaptable, I learn things quickly, and I find ways to get things done. I can’t wait to work with other like-minded individuals on exciting new projects.
