I grew up in the small town of Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head is located deep in the Low Country. I grew up fishing, boating, spending my extra time at the beach, and eating as much low country boil as possible. I knew every restaurant in Hilton Head and my favorite food on the menu there. When I decided to attend the University of Georgia, I was exhilarated by the idea of experiencing a fresh assortment of restaurants and indulging myself in the unlimited meal plan. I have traveled many different countries in Europe and South America. I loved eating like the local people and engulfing myself in the culture. After experiencing all of this I realized my love for food!
