I am a two-time award-winning architect and a court certified sworn expert with over 10 years of hands-on-experience in architectural design, architectural visualization, real estate development & construction.

Since my early 20s, I have found myself deeply involved in my family’s real estate development & construction business that I later on ran & managed. Depending on the project, I have hired & led various teams consisting of members of different professions & disciplines with different cultural backgrounds, nationalities & age groups.

In 2014, I’ve started running my own private architectural practice studio, the "AIA Studio", in which I plan, design, and monitor all construction phases from the earliest stages right through to completion. I create functional, safe, sustainable & aesthetically appealing designs for new construction projects, alterations & redevelopments by using acquired specialist architectural & construction knowledge combined with high-level drawing skills to ensure a highly satisfying outcome. My architectural approach is mostly to be considered as a contextual & sustainable one that simultaneously generates pleasant & lasting experiences for the users & their surroundings.

I became a court certified sworn expert consultant in 2018. This experience enabled me to implement my acquired architectural & technical knowledge into a new horizon & to be part of the course of justice by helping others protect their civil rights & well-being. Fortunately, my passion, dedication & quality of work were rapidly recognized by the Lebanese Judicial Courts. Thus, I was appointed more than 30 missions within my first year throughout which I have carried out technical examinations & on-site inspections, provided consultations, and presented detailed reports to the courts with all my findings.

Since university, I have engaged myself in continual learning and development. Architecture is not just a career for me, it’s a passion that thrives to contribute to the creation of a more sustainable world socially, environmentally & economically. I am constantly looking for new challenges & opportunities where I can unleash my architectural & construction knowledge & contribute to the success of new projects.
