Angel M. Files
Consultant, Public Speaker, and Project Manager in Illinois
Angel is a woman that wears many hats. With over 20 years of experience in the construction/design field and having been a licensed mental health therapist for over 10 years, Angel has experienced life. And Life is full. Her passion is to use her God-given gifts to partner with others as they reimagine their communities, environments and themselves. This is done through meaningful connection while navigating and overcoming challenges.
The proof is in the pudding within the construction field as she turns concepts into reality, overseeing design through construction, and improving upon what already exists thus transforming things into a new creation. Not only is this a focus in the way she manages within the design/construction world but also in the way she creates safe therapeutic environments. She hopes to provide emotional support to clients while equipping them with the tools that empower growth and change.
In addition to her work at Northwestern Medicine, Angel has served with multiple organizations bringing hope to communities both domestically and internationally. In recent years she has begun to use her God given gifts to advocate for communities on the South and West sides of Cook County.
When not immersed in life and structural/personal makeovers, Angel enjoys serving, traveling, reading, searching for the next adventure preferably outdoors, and learning something new.
