Graduated from Lingnan University with a BA in Cultural Studies , I have engaged myself in the field of performing art, education, and community cultures since 2007. As a manager at Hong Kong Drama/Theatre and Education Forum (TEFO), I was in charge of office administration, project planning and supervision, finance and marketing. I have produced and co-ordinated varied forms of art programmes and international collaborations, mainly related to applied drama and arts education.
Currently I am studying in Research Master in Social Science (Social and Public Policy/ Urban Studies) in University of Helsinki, and Arts Management in Sibelius Academy. My academic interests are cultural policy, culture-led urban strategy and governance.
Besides, I am a writer of TEFOzine (a professional magazine on drama education in Hong Kong) and Performing Arts Forum (in Macau), and a blogger in the House News. My topics includes children's arts, citites and cultures. Also I am Prodcution Editor in Vol.4 of The Journal of Drama and Theatre Education in Asia.
